Here at PrintGraphicSign our customers mean a lot to us. We want you to be absolutely happy with every purchase made from us. However, if you are dissatisfied with anything purchased please do not hesitate to contact us using any of the methods outlined below. Following are some guidelines to help you if you wish to return something.

Problem with an order?

Issue with a design or visual?
As the majority of products are designed to a customer’s specification, any issues with design should be dealt with prior to branding or production. Unfortunately, we will not offer refunds if you are unhappy with products, if the realted visual/design has been approved and signed off by you.

All products purchased from us are guaranteed for up to a period of 6 months. Faulty products may be exchanged or a refund given provided that proof of purchase and faults are supplied. If you do need to return something to us please ring us as soon as possible. Once you have spoken to us, wrap the package securely taking into consideration its contents and dispatch to the address below. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return. However in some cases though it may not be necessary to return the item(s) after you have spoken to a member of staff, and for this reason it is always best to phone us first.
